The history of Sapiens is made of encounters, of those magical moments where, thanks to the unexpected, something new and important is born, a special energy that develops with those we collaborate with.
Sapiens is the adventure of the entire human race, but it is also a metaphor that describes the narrative of the society we have created, and of the commitment we have wanted to take on. Sapiens reminds us of wisdom, the ability to ponder, a broad vision of reality, the ability to not lose the teachings of the past or the sense of the future, it speaks to us of the need not to proceed by undue simplifications, but rather of the ability to hold together the complexities that the challenges of the future reserve for us, without losing what the past has taught us, aware that everything we can do for the future is played out in the present.
We believe that attention to people, as individuals, societies or the entire human race, is a key to understanding, essential to embrace. To exit the Anthropocene, Sapiens is the essential key. Our Values
Our future is in the hands of a complex, uncertain present, often difficult to decipher and understand. The choices we make are reflected in what will happen tomorrow. We believe that, in facing these challenges, people, businesses and organizations must play a crucial role towards society and nature. Today more than ever, they are called to co-create, distribute and share Value for the benefit of the community, society and the entire ecosystem. The values that guide us are still, comfort, home: an irreplaceable compass that requires awareness, inner clarity, openness and rootedness.
Presence
The state of “presence” is the ability to participate in what is happening with our entire being. It means co-creating by sharing emotions, perspectives, hopes, generating a vision to which everyone can contribute and belong. It means awareness of what is happening, acceptance of what emerges, responsibility towards the paths that are generated. A quality that unites great leaders who have led others to achieve great results. We work alongside companies and their leaders to access this privileged dimension of co-creation of the future.
Diversity and uniqueness

In line with our values, we integrate the concept of “shared value” into our business model, inextricably connecting economic progress with social progress. We have set ourselves the goal, also by statute, of pursuing a positive impact and adopting governance behaviors oriented towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), also orienting our administrative body and the entire organization in this direction.
We will draft and publish our Impact Report annually as required by paragraphs 382 and 383, as well as Annexes 4 and 5 to Law no. 208 of 28 December 2015. We are the founders and promoters of the “People” Foundation, established in 2025 to offer support to new generations and communities of native societies in distant territories.
