Training

For a company, having motivated, committed and confident people in achieving objectives is the real engine that allows strategic changes to be implemented with effectiveness, quality, coherence and speed.

Sapiens has developed several training formats, diversified both in content and audience type, so that the heart, mind and propensity for action of all people align with the new sustainability strategy implemented in the company. Only in this way will individual collaborators be able to internalize it and go beyond mechanical execution, providing voluntary cooperation in its implementation.

He who knows all the answers has not asked all the questions.

Confucius

Education according to Sapiens

“Progressive acquisition, through deepening and/or experience, of a specific cultural dimension, a moral perspective or distinctive skills”.

“Sharing key content and messages for the company, through emotional communication processes, to accompany each individual on their growth path”.

ALL YOU
HAVE TO KNOW

To be truly effective, welfare plans must be built starting from listening to workers.

Their needs must be integrated with the available resources, carefully considered so that the plan is sustainable in the long term, and defining the objectives for which the plan is developed (reduce absenteeism, increase concentration, maximize tax benefits, etc.).

The plan is therefore developed following the logic of flexibility (workers’ needs) and customization (company needs/objectives).

It is essential to communicate the plan clearly, so that workers fully understand the benefits and how to access them.

Finally, it is essential to monitor the effectiveness of the plan over time, intercepting any dissatisfaction or difficulties.

CULTURE AND ENGAGEMENT

Achieving sustainability and business goals does not happen through the work of a single person, but rather is the result of a well-defined team process, which must be planned and monitored over time.

We support the company in all the fundamental phases of the process, ranging from (1) defining the objectives, to (2) communicating them, to (3) monitoring and managing problems and (4) evaluating performance.

This process allows for the deep integration of organizational development with the transition towards sustainability, gradually involving all the company’s collaborators.

Sapiens supports organizational development both with individual development support and with that of corporate teams and groups.

SUSTAINABILITY: INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

A Total Reward Plan is a complex system of management of distributed internal value. It is in some way the extension of the Welfare Plan, which is a part of the overall value that the company must and can generate and manage.

In our experience, companies offer employees a higher value than they realize, with inevitable unwanted consequences on the quality of relationships and the sense of belonging.

A Total Reward Plan therefore allows you to plan, implement, manage, communicate and enhance the value offered to collaborators according to criteria of efficiency and strategic effectiveness.

The Plan is anchored to reporting and the sustainability management system, organizational development and corporate culture.

TEAM BUILDING & ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING

In organizations where there are high levels of engagement, a high level of performance is found, which translates into an increase in productivity and therefore greater value for the company. On the other hand, the involvement of people is a source of well-being, thanks to a high and gratifying sense of belonging.

Our “Leadership & Engagement” training proposal, which integrates individual and group modules, helps train leaders capable of inspiring, motivating and generating the active involvement of people and groups. In this way, resources will have the tools in hand to guide collaborators towards individual well-being aimed at achieving common goals.

REVERSE
MENTORING

Reverse Mentoring is a training methodology aimed at facilitating intergenerational dialogue between workers belonging to generations Z, Y, X and Baby Boomers. These generations, characterized by different values, expectations and needs, can create organizational challenges if not managed correctly.

With this training course, resources will learn to master this technique with the aim of improving business processes through the intergenerational exchange of skills, the diffusion of know-how, the reduction of the digital skills gap, the valorization of talents and the promotion of diversity.

Why do Training with Sapiens

We have been dealing with training and development of people in companies for years, from different but complementary points of view and we think that it is one of the most complex, and at the same time most rewarding jobs that can be done.

We are experts in designing and planning innovative and highly engaging formats that allow learning to mature at all levels: individual, group (team, division or other), organizational.

Our training proposal places people at the center of the process. The classroom becomes the place where participants meet themselves, others and the facilitator to discuss topics, content, emotions, opportunities for action, and deepen learning within a fertile ground for discussion and positive situations that consolidate learning.

In this area, Sapiens is also an official Partner of ISTUM Istituto di Studi di Management (https://www.istum.it), a company that has been operating for many years in medium and large companies, highly specialized in management training and business consultancy.

In particular, Sapiens plays the role of scientific direction and coordination of the “Executive Master In Sustainability Management: Environmental, Social And Governance” and designs and teaches the modules relating to sustainability in the “Executive Master In Healthcare Management: Compliance, Management Systems And Methodologies For Accreditation, Innovation And Sustainability”.
